Seated Sewing Table - sitting and sewing or piecing quilts is great with this table because I can adjust the height to perfectly match my chair height and how my back is feeling.
Standing Sewing Table - Using the Start / Stop button on my Eversewn Celine sewing machine or Little Rebel Sewing machine allows me to sew and piece quilts standing up.
This makes a great standing desk or treadmill desk! The space between the legs is 33.5 inches, plenty of space for an under desk treadmill like this.
