Â
For these photos, I quilted each design generally around 4 inches tall. The distance between the rows varied depending on the design and what I felt looked best when it came to
nesting the rows together.
Â
So understand if these designs look too dense to you, you have complete control over the size and spacing. If you want a soft, cuddly quilt, make the design 6-8 inches tall with 1/2 - 1 inch of space between the rows and you will create a soft, cuddly quilt!
Â
The designs are: Butterfly, Garden Fan, Lucky Day Design, Spring Flowers, Flower Power, and Daisy Panto. These can all be found within the Edge-to-Edge design folder in QCT 6
or within the Karla Gerome or Leah Day folders.
Â
I love using computerized quilting because it's perfect - when I want that daisy design to stitch out just exactly right, QCT 6 will stitch it exactly the same way, row after row. After quilting mostly free motion pantographs the last few months, I know that even on my best day, I don't trace a pantograph design perfectly.Â
Â
There are times this annoys me and it's nice to have a
computerized option at hand when I want the quilting to be perfect.
