Halloween is just around the corner and I have spooky spiderwebs 🕸️ on my mind. After a bit of doodling and playing, I figured out a way to quilt a spiderweb with a continuous line and turned it into a new Mini Paper Stencil:

✨ We needed a smaller sized stencil because with the quilt piled in the arm of the sewing machine, there's just not much space to flatten out the stencil within the harp of smaller machines.

Even though the size is smaller, we can create be super creative with these Mini Stencils. I experimented with multiple ways to flip, stagger, and mirror the designs and found there was no end to the unique possibilities!

That's it for this week my quilting friend. I have only 4 more rows to quilt on my autumn tablecloth quilt so I should be able to finish it up this evening, so long as I don't get stuck on the border. 

Do you struggle with quilting the border of your quilts? On this quilt, I can't decide if I want to keep it easy and simple and finish the quilt fast with more stencils... or if I want to slow down and try ruler quilting on the Singer Heavy Duty 4411... I'll let you know next week what I decide!
