It's been a really busy February and last week we missed sending out the newsletter because we were off on a special trip for James's ninth birthday. I know - I can't believe he's already nine - these years are flying by
way too fast!
So we have a lot to catch up on with this newsletter and up first is a beautiful new embroidery collection to help you celebrate the last weeks of winter.

I'm trying to find the perfect recipe for Free Motion Weaving, a new technique using yarn and free motion quilting to simulate the look and feel of a woven / knitted garment, but in far less time.

Last week I received my Quilty Box for February and it really is like getting a surprise gift in the mail. I love opening up the box and checking out the fun materials and challenging myself to make something quickly and easily with the supplies.
This month I
received a Kona Roll Up of white and black 2 1/2 inch strips so I decided to piece a funky white and black quilt...except I was all out of white background fabric!
