I had a wonderful time writing this book and I'm already working on book 2 in the series. One of my favorite things is creating lots of characters for Mally to meet.

Ms. Bunny is a main character from the book and she tries her best to keep Mally out of trouble. But when trouble is impossible to avoid, Ms. Bunny proves to be an excellent teacher and brave companion.

Several years ago I created a simple Chakra Wall Hanging for three yoga friends. This week I've updated that tutorial with a new quilting video using the designs from the Elemental Energies Embroidery Collection.

On Friday I started a new charity quilt that I wanted to quilt in less than an hour. I decided to use the channel locks on my Grace Continuum longarm frame to help me quilt straight lines 1 inch apart across this entire quilt.

I don't think there’s an easier way to quilt your quilt on a longarm than with these simple straight lines.

Since my quilt already had an obvious linear design printed on the surface, it was very easy to line up the needle with the lines I wanted to quilt and pull the machine across the frame.
