In case you missed the short email we sent out Monday, Block 5, the Scrap Overload block, as well as the video on how to piece this crazy, super scrap-heavy block are both now available!

 

 

 

I know this looks overwhelmingly intimidating. Keep in mind the key is separating this block into smaller units to break it up in chunks.

 

This is a great skill building block and will make you a stronger piecer!

This past week I spent a lot of time avoiding daily writing. This is unusual and it took me a few days to realize how terrified I was of getting started.

I’d built up writing the goddess quilt book so much that it felt too big, too precious, too personal, and impossible to create.

 

On Friday I really wanted to make a scarf! We just had a cold snap and the scarf has felt so good around my neck. Yes, it's over the top, but it was so much fun to make.
