Difficulty Level – Intermediate. The trickiest part of this design is stitching the cluster of circles at the beginning. Feel free to mark a circle to guide you, or mark all of the starting circles if you wish. Marking is not cheating! It can definitely save you some time and helps ensure the design is properly placed exactly where you want it n your quilt.

Design Family – Center Fill. Designs like this start in the center and radiate out. They are always very eye-catching and a terrific way to secure large parts of your quilt in one go.
Where to Quilt It? – Fiery Comet Flower is a great choice for filling large blocks or adding a dramatic element to a simple quilt. You could quilt a huge flower (15-30 inches in diameter) in the center of your quilt, then surround it with a simpler design like Stippling.
This would be a lot more interesting than quilting a single All-Over quilting design and if you mixed it up with yarn couching, it would definitely stand out from the crowd!
