The best part about this video is you can see that the same quilting design works regardless if you are push quilting (pushing the quilt under the needle) or frame quilting with the quilt on a frame.
Here's the machines
I was using in these videos, just in case you're curious to learn more:
🤩 Singer Heavy Duty 4411 - This is a
very affordable domestic sewing machine, terrific for quilters needing a travel machine or a great choice for beginners new to sewing and quilting. I have mine set in an Affordable Sewing Table which makes pushing the quilt over the machine bed so much easier.
🤟 Grace 21X Elite Longarm - When quilting the pink and red heart quilt in the video, I was on my biggest longarm machine which is an Evolution Elite 12 foot
frame. This 21-inch longarm gives me plenty of space to play and I was able to fill large sections of the border with Shadow Waves before advancing the quilt through the frame.
❤️ Little Rebel on a Cutie Breeze - The middle quilting machine between the Singer and 21X Elite is the Little Rebel! This is a 13-inch throat, high speed, straight stitch sewing machine. It is taller, built with bright LED lights and compatible with all Grace longarm feet, which makes it an ideal choice for quilters wanting to try frame quilting affordably.
